Prior to her purchase by the current owners in 2017, FELICITY was the pride-and-joy "pet project" of one of the premier boatyards on the Chesapeake. As such, almost any semblance of her nominal 1971-build has been rendered virtually moot. Her current owners, with their many decades of boat-ownership and refitting, have now taken the pre-2017 effort to an even higher, almost unimaginable level. With the addition of the custom, fully-enclosed deckhouse, FELICITY now belies anyone's preconception of a 21-footer.
