"Windress" is unique as she has a Rhodes Reliant deck and cabin and an Offshore 40 hull. She never fails to turn heads in any harbor with her sleek lines, teak cabin, combing and toe rail, along with her Sitka spruce spars. As well as being a beautiful yawl, she also has a kind sea motion and sails much dryer than most 40 footers.

Accommodations
Three cabin layout has a very large v-berth, a drop down dinette in the main cabin and two large quarter berths in the rear cabin. A large head with shower is accessible from both the main and the rear cabin. The head has a holding tank (1998) & valves to allow discharge of head & holding tank when offshore. There are two companionways, one to the main cabin and one to the rear cabin. The interior is in very good condition and has a teak & holly sole, teak cabin finished with rubbed effect varnish and a soft vinyl headliner replaced in 2001. For additional comfort, a 12,000 BTU reverse cycle air conditioning & heat was added in 2003.
