Description
Introduced in 1977, as a result of a team effort between Charlie Britten and the Sparkman & Stephens loft, Tartan Yachts found a winner right out of the box. 486 hulls later, they ceased production of this classic beauty in 1989. With a total run of 13 years, you know they had to be doing something right.
"ANGEL II" draws 4'2 with the board up, for nosing into those quiet creeks and shallow anchorages on the Chesapeake Bay; but this lady is not restricted to the quiet coastal waters of her weaker sisters. She's fully capable of cruising any ocean. Her long fin gives her excellent directional stability and many of her 485 sister ships can be found throughout the harbors of the globe.
