Accomodations
The C&C 40' has a spacious living arrangement below decks. Starting forward is the owners cabin featuring an oversized v berth w/filler, lockers and drawers. Next aft is the head with hot and cold pressure water, shower and vanity. Next is the main salon with an L shaped settee to port. There are pilot berths port & starboard which have plywood lee boards. Settee to starboard provdes sea berth. There is a centerline dining table. Two built in book racks and a wine goblet rack with 8 stainless goblets. Next aft to port is the large Nav station featuring a full size chart table. and galley to starboard. Quarter berth to port. Interior cushions had new foam put in summer 2000. The interior has the C&C teak ceiling option. There is a Cruise n Carry Airconditioning unit for dockside comfort. Teak & holly cabin sole. Propane heat. Screens throughout.
