When Bill Shaw designed this boat, he wanted a boat that was safe, attractive and a delight to sail. The 323's underbody configuration is as modern as her profile is traditional. The combination results in a big roomy 32-footer that really gets up and goes.

Accommodations
Sleeps 4-5 people: two in very accommodating V-berth and two or three in the salon on the port settee and convertable dinette to starboard. The head is immediately aft of the forward cabin, with the head situated to starboard and a large hanging locker to port. Salon is as described with convertable U-shaped dinette to starboard and straight settee to port. Excellent storage throughout. Galley is aft to port, and large forward facing Nav. station with tremendously abundant storage is aft to stbd. A vessel layout and profile is in the photos. Teak & holly sole.
