ALLEGRO is a nice example if this tried and true Morgan design. She has had a recent cosmetic refit including a refinished cabin sole. A preliminary survey (report available) reveals, like most older boats, "less than perfect decks." A top repair yard in Annapolis estimates about $6000 to effect these repairs. Rather than make the repairs, the seller has chosen to offer ALLEGRO at a lower price to allow the new owner address any issues according to his own priorities.
