Description

Roger Hewson designed the Sabre 34 with classic lines, pinched ends and reverse transom which is why this vessel will never go out of style. The skeg hung rudder and offset prop add to ease of handling whether under power or sail. Below decks you find the quality craftsmanship only found in a Sabre. She is handcrafted in the finest Maine tradition. Fit and finish reflect the renowned Sabre attention to detail. Hand crafted oiled teak bulkheads, doors and drawers with a teak and holly cabin sole.

If you want a classic looking cruising boat that also sails with ambition, the Sabre 34 is it. Dorset is a very nice example of the Sabre Mk I. The present owner has enjoyed working on the boat as much as sailing her for the last 9 years.
