"LAS BRISAS" is a beautiful example of this popular Mark Ellis designed catboat. She has the space of a 30 footer and the sailing stability of a 35 footer, all in 26 feet.
While she sleeps four comfortably, there is absolutely nothing for the crew to do when sailing this immaculate beauty. Want to tack? Turn the wheel.

Accomodations
The Nonsuch 30 has all the room of a 30 footer down below. Las Brisas' interior is warm and spacious. When one enters the companionway, the first impression is that of a much larger boat. She sleeps a total of 4 with 2 forward and 2 aft. The varnished teak main salon is roomy and the ports are shaded with cotton shades. The galley which includes a two burner propane stove and adler barbor refrigeration (new 2004), is a sea going gormet's delight. Hot water is provided by the engine while underway and the 110v hot water heater in port. Screens are provided for all ports and hatches. Head has shower & sump pump. there is a table with 2 leaves that boats to the cabin sole in the mail salon (not currently aboard)

Sails and Rigging & Canvas
The Nonsuch 30 is Wishbone rigged and Las Brisas' main was purchased new from Scott Sails in 1999. The vessel has been lightly sailed on the Chesapeake Bay.
Rigging was surveyed in 2005, replaced reefing blocks on wishbone and lens on exterior lights.
