"Chances Are" has been owned, cared for, and improved by a yacht refitting specialist. Among the numerous upgrades and improvements the owners have varnished the interior, built in an entertainment station to replace the pilot berth, built in front access to the lowest part of the icebox/refrigerator, built in shelving in the v-berth, added masts and cross-beam to support antennas and solar panels. All of these changes have been thoughtfully and expertly made.

With the extra batteries and solar panels, she is ready for extended cruising, though it would also make a great luxury home-away-from-home at your marina. Underneath all of the improvements, of course, is a great sailing boat with a reputation for quality.
