Description
Yet another offering from the renowned Bruce Kelly drafting table, the Endeavour 35 has enjoyed a reputation as a comfortable cruising boat and is most certainly capable of getting you over to the Bahamas and beyond if you wish or have the opportunity. If your goals are closer oriented than that, you can rest assured that she will take good care of you. Aside from being a quite comfortable home afloat and richly appointed with quality teak joinery inside as Endeavours are known for, her sea-kindly shape make her a delight to sail as well.
Galadriel II was purchased by this owner in the fall of 2005. Her previous owners had also just sailed her locally, done their maintenance regularly and cared for her with pride. Since then the current owners have worked on adding some of the creature comforts for more pleasurable time afloat and enjoyed her to the fullest in their spare time.
They have now decided that their long-term boating plans will involve a trawler, and so she is back on the market and awaiting a new family. This boat shows well and with all of her upgrades will serve her next owners proudly!

Accommodations
Starting forward, you will find a large V-berth. There are shelves along both sides for your glasses, books, etc. There are 3 drawers below the berth as well as a dresser with four drawers and a shelf. Lots of ventilation is provided by two opening portholes, a hatch and a Nicro vent. Moving aft on the starboard side there is a cedar lined hanging locker with a shelf above it, followed by another three drawer unit with a shelf above that as well- lots of storage! Across from that on the port side is a large head with that much-sought after separate stall shower, an electric head and lots of storage behind as well as below the sink and counter area. Ventilation is provided by a fan and porthole. Moving aft into the salon on the starboard side there is a settee. There is a shelf behind it as well as storage behind and below the cushions. Continuing aft on the starboard side is the U-shaped galley, with the double sinks oriented towards the centerline and the oven along the hull. There is a fresh water foot pump, good refrigeration space and generous storage behind and below the counters. On the port side, the settee converts into a double berth. The dinette table is on centerline with storage inside it. Continuing aft there is the nav station. The chart table folds to allow greater space for access to the quarter berth behind it, while the electrical panel and electronics are at your fingertips. The radar is mounted on a swing-arm so that it can also be viewed from the cockpit while on watch.
The entire boat has teak battens along the hull, offsetting nicely with the white behind it. In general, the Endeavour 35 is one of the best ventilated boats out there, so taking advantage of breezes makes this a very comfortable boat to be aboard.

Sails and Rigging
From my own experience and years of owning and delivering boats, my preference for the perfect sail management plan is what is on this boat. The Strong Track system greatly rduces the friction when raising and lowering the sails, the lazy jacks contain them and the Stack Pack is an almost effortless way to stow the main. Any other sail management method requires changing the cut of the sail, thus reducing performance, or creating more work.
