Accomodations
Throughout the LM30 is fine mahogany joinery and teak and holly soles. Each cabin has portlight and an opening hatch. Owner's cabin, forward, has a spacious and a V-berth and generous storage. Next aft is the enclosed head to starboard w/ sink and shower and spacious locker space opposite. The main salon, with a double dropleaf table amidships, has an L-shaped dinette (converts to double berth) to starboard and a settee/berth to port. Between the cockpit and the main salon is the pilothouse with a teak and holly sole, a varnished teak wheel and double bench seat to starboard and galley to port. The galley includes a 2 burner propane stove, a sink and a refrigerator. The pilothouse has a 3 pane windshield (w/wiper) with excellent visability, a skylight over the helm, large windows port and starboard and a sliding double door from the cockpit. The steering station has full engine controls and instumentation. Throughout the interior is beautifully varnished mahagony joinery and beige upholstery and curtains.
