The center cockpit companionway opens to the U-shaped galley to port and spacious main salon. The dining settee has a fold-down table which doubles as a seating area as well as a guest berth for two. The forward V-berth cabin also accommodates two people and provides generous storage along with a private head and shower compartment. The Yorktown 41 features the walk-thru design to the queen-size aft master cabin on the starboard side. The master cabin also has a private head and shower and convenient second entrance to the center cockpit.

The hull has classic, strong lines and a clipper bow. Color is white with brownstone boot stripe. "Teak-E" was hauled every mid-November and has a blister-free bottom. All 17 opening ports and 5 hatches were rebedded in 1998 as well as all deck fittings, cleats, stanchions.

The walk-in engine room can be accessed from 4 sides. All hoses, clamps, etc. were replaced in 1996; the new diesel engine having only 15 hours usage.

Sails and Rigging
The 15' boom has a lazy jack and original full battened main sail that have been continuously maintained and are in good condition. Standard rigging was replaced with new heavy duty rigging from Annapolis Spars. The small 110 Genoa has not been used.
