Accommodations / Layout
Sleeps 4 in two staterooms, plus 3 additional - 2 on double pullout dinette and 1 on single settee berth, for a total of 7 comfortable berths. Forward is a centerline, pedestal queen-size berth with separate access to forward head with shower. Forward cabin has one hanging locker, storage shelves port and starboard, a dressing seat, and, storage under the berth itself. There is also access to the chain locker through the forward bookcase. Next aft, is a large hanging locker and the forward head followed by the main salon which contains a folding dinette and settee that easily seats 8 people comfortably. Table folds away along the centerline. Fuel and water tanks are under settees starboard and port. Storage lockers line both starboard and port walls. Salon cushions recovered in 2000. Teak and holly cabin sole refinished in 1999. Next aft, to starboard is the nav station with electronics, and, to port is the galley with double stainless sink, refrigerator and two-burner propane stove with oven and broiler, manual and pressurized hot and cold running water. Next aft, the master stateroom has a centerline, pedestal king size bed with ensuite head and shower. One large hanging locker and large cubbie lockers port and starboard surrounding the bed. Under the bed are three battery banks, power management systems, and the hot water heater. Large lazarette locker aft of cockpit accessible from cockpit only. Headroom throughout 6'8".

Comments and Notes
May 2001 survey valued the boat at $150,000.00 and is available for review. BOSE AM/FM/CD/Home Entertainment stereo system is a negotiable item and can be left behind under the right circumstances and price. This system is wired into the TV/VCR to provide surround sound stereo in the salon. Propane heater (Force 10 Slimline) has a custom heat distribution system. Custom propane storage locker installed outside and all new LPG hoses run in 2000. Centerboard has been locked into the "up" position but can be restored to full functionality if desired. However, Mars Metals of Canada has designed a new keel for this boat that can be installed eliminating the need for the centerboard. Their modification eliminates the centerboard and applies winglets to the existing keel to maximize performance without adding draft. Design specs available if desired.
