Sleeps 7 in three cabins, v-berth cabin forward, head with shower, main salon port settee converts to double, starboard settee is single, aft double cabin has separate head. Nav station to port, galley to starboard 3-zone, reverse-cycle air conditioner. 6 opening screened hatches, 10 opening screened ports for excellent ventilation. 6 new fixed cabin windows. All new head hoses in 2000. 2 hanging lockers, many storage drawers, shelves, and bins, 2 fans, head holding tank electric pump for use at sea.

2-burner propane stove with oven. Double sink. Hot and cold pressurized water system (new pump) with 100 gallons in 2 tanks.

Like-new 46 HP Westerbeake diesel, major overhaul (1999) including bearings, seals, pistons, accessories (starter, alternator, etc.), which included new raw water filter, new Racor water-separator fuel filter, new dripless shaft seal, new engine mounts, new starter cables.

Main with jiffy reefing and furling hooks, roller furl 150% Genoa, cruising spinnaker with dousing sock, whisker pole, 4 2-speed winches, jib sheets fairlead adjustment tackles, dingy lifting boom.

New bimini, sail cover, and wheel cover in 2000, dodger, cockpit sun shade.
 

Auto helm new in 1999, VHF, wind speed/direction, depth sounder, loran, stereo/tape.

33 # CQR, 35 # Claw, each with chain and 200 feet of rode. Raw water anchor/deck wash down system.

Avon dingy (old but usable) with accessories, rail-mounted charcoal grill, all required safety equipment, 6 fenders, 2 boat hooks, spares (fresh water pump, engine raw water pump impellers, Racor fuel filter elements, fuses, belts, etc.), cockpit rail seats, cockpit cushions new in 1999, teak cockpit table
