Description

This is a well kept, good performing sailboat. The current owner has upgraded the boat every year since becoming the owner. The yacht accommodates seven people for sleeping with 2 forward in the forward cabin, 3 in the salon, one on the settee and 2 on the drop down table and settee. The aft cabin has accommodations for 2 in a large berth and cabin. The galley has hot and cold pressure water, a propane stove with two burners and an oven. This very pretty Pearson is still turning heads.

Accomodations
This is a very god layout. Beginning forward is a double V-berth cabin followed by a hanging locker to starboard and bureau with bin storage to port. Following aft is the main salon with an l-shaped settee to starboard and a straight settee to port. The middle of the cabin has a large table for dining. The Galley is aft to starboar and the navigation table with the ice box is to port. Finally a large double berth cabin is aft of the galley.
