The Ericson 35 is a unique boat in that it is very adaptable to a wide range of sailors. It is large enough for a couple to be comfortable for a week, yet small enough for that same couple to handle easily without a lot of fuss. The 4' 11" draft is convenient for getting into creeks and harbors that stop other boats, yet, combined with an efficient double spreader rig, this underbody still provides very good performance (PHRF 132).

Accomodations
Upholstery was replaced last year with nice dark green fabric. Oiled teak interior and teak & holly sole will appeal to your traditionalist side. For those warm nights aboard, there are two cabin fans, 6 opening ports, 2 opening hatches, and 2 dorades. If all else fails - there is also a Cruisair portable hatch air conditioning unit.

Layout is as follows:

Starting forward is a V-berth with storage above and outboard. Next aft to port is a large head with shower stall! Opposite the head to starboard is a large hanging locker. The main salon features a U-shaped dinette to port and a settee to starboard. The galley is located aft to starboard. A large quarter berth and nav. station are to port opposite the galley.
