"MAGIC" has spent her life on the salt free waters of the Northern Chesapeake Bay. This 30 footer, with her 2 stateroom, 3 cabin interior, has the space for a large family or 2 couples with children. Down below you'll feel you are on a much larger vessel. On deck you'll find you need none of those crew. Her self tending jib on a free standing rig makes her easily singlehanded.

Sleeps seven: Forward cabin has queen sized "V" berth w/filler; head w/shower and RARITAN toilet; hanging locker to starboard; convertible settee w/storage behind to port, single settee & shelf opposite to starboard, dining table folds to bulkhead for storage; nav station to starboard opposite L-shaped galley to port. Large master cabin is aft w/double berth, haning locker.
Teak & holly cabin sole, oiled teak interior finish, Overhead upholstered panels replaced in 2000.

Galley
The Galley has a stainless steel sink w/hot and cold pressure water, TASCO 2 burner propane stove with oven. New pots and pans and all dishes, cutlery will convey. Molded fiberglass icebox.

Hull and Deck
"MAGIC" is a Tillotson-Pearson built sloop. Fiberglass decking, gelcoat molded with non-skid surface and teak trim. Stainless steel bow and stern pulpits with vinyl covered lifelines led through well spaced stancions. All in good condition. CQR mounted on bowsprit, fluked with chain lead and nylon rode. DANFORTH stored in lazarette. New docklines and many additional lines and fenders.

Mechanical & Electrical
The electrical system is based on two 12 volt batteries with engine driven alternator. Individual circuit protection through selector switch breakers. Shore power is 110 volt, 30 amp, marine type with onboard circuit protection. The headstay and mast step are lighning grounded.
MAGIC is powered by an 18 hp YANMAR fresh water cooled diesel engine.
