Starting in the forward cabin, the spacious berth is complimented by teak battens on either hull side and above that, fiddled shelves. Beneath the berth there are cubby storage bins on either side. On the starboard side there is a cedar lined hanging locker, while on port is a set of drawers. Both have counters above. Ventilation and lighting for this space is provided by a pair of reading lights, an overhead hatch and a pair of opening portholes. The bifold door is a creative way to provide privacy to the space without being constantly in the way.
Moving aft into the salon, there is an L-shaped settee on starboard and a straight settee to port. The L-shaped settee easily converts into a double berth. Storage is located below both seating areas as well as behind the seat backs. Above on either side is an open shelf and then locker shelves with sliding doors above that. There is a drop-leaf table on centerline that will comfortably seat five for meals. A reading light is provided for each settee.
Aft of the straight settee is the stand-up nav table, with plenty of space to lay out charts, storage below the table top and below that a 5 cubic foot ice box with refrigeration. This is a great place to locate it, as it is thickly insulated and away from the engine and oven. A lined wet locker is aft of the nav station and has a counter above it.
Across on starboard is the galley. The deep stainless steel sink is located towards centerline and has drawers and a trash bin cabinet below it and a liquor locker on the end of the peninsula top. Along the hull side is the two burner stove and oven, with pot storage below it. Behind it is cup and dish storage as well as shelf storage with sliding doors; a large dry box is located to the left of the stove. The entire salon area is bright and airy, with two fixed lights, four opening ports, two dorade vents and one overhead hatch.
Aft of the galley is the second stateroom. As you enter the cabin there is a mirror on the right and a large locker on your left, with hanging as well as shelf storage inside. The berth is queen sized and has a shelf area at the head of the bed as well as a fiddled shelf along the hull side going aft. There are two portholes, a hatch, two overhead lights and one reading light for pleanty of light and ventilation.
The head is on the port side by the companionway steps. At first glance this space strikes you as a common sense approach to keeping things clean. The countertop and sink are all one molded piece, making wipe down a cinch. On the left end of the counter beneath a lid is a laundry hamper with a removable laundry bag. The sink has a faucet with shower diverter. There is a teak shower grate, Groco manual head and wrap around shower curtain. A medecine cabinet is behind the sink, there is storage below it and a large mirror on the opposing wall. A hatch and port provide ventilation; the space is well lit as well.
