Accommodations
"Escape Plan's" interior is bright thanks to the generous use of opening overhead hatches (three) and opening ports (eleven). This is the preferred layout with starboard side settee and the head aft to starboard with dedicated stall shower.
Starting forward there is a large v-berth with four large cabinets, four drawers, two opening ports and an overhead hatch for good ventilation. Next aft is the main salon with "U" shaped dinette to port which converts to a large double and facing settee to starboard. The blue cushions are in good condition and contrast nicely with the varnished teak interior. There is storage outboard of the settees, shelving above and behind and four cabinets with caned detail allowing ventilation and adding to the traditional appeal of the teak interior. At the aft end of the starboard settee is the aft facing navigation station and electrical panel. The "L" shaped galley is to port and features deep double stainless steel sinks with fresh and salt water foot pumps, refrigerated ice box and four burner Regal CNG stove with oven. Aft of the galley is the separate aft cabin which is light and well ventilated thanks to four opening ports. The head, with separate stall shower is to starboard of the companionway.

Brokers Comments
This is a striking boat that will offer a new owner a clean, updated and fast platform for cruising and casual racing. She is a great looking performance cruising yacht that enjoys a 114 base rating with a six second/mile credit for the Roller Furling Genoa. The sailing photo's reflect her participation in the 2009 Lekemia Cup with a full crew. She more often goes sailing/cruising with the owners two young children. "Escape Plan" is a rare dual purpose boat with a fair bottom, fast sails, and updated running rigging for well under 100k.
Offered for sale by accomplished sailor's who plan to move into a larger boat to accommodate a fast growing family!
