Accomodations
Starting forward is a very large owners v-berth with a custom matress with a pillow topper.Moveing aft on starboard there are storage lockers both hanging and fitted with shelving. On port is the head compartment which features a separate shower stall. Next aft is the main salon with a U shaped dinette on port and a settee on starboard. The storage in this section of the boat is phenominal with lockers below the dinette seating as well as behind the outboard seat backs and above the settees. As you continue aft the Galley is on starboard. on port is a second stateroom. The extensive woodwork below is a trademark of the Tayana. It is both beautiful but more importantly functional.

Sails and Rigging
Katherine Anne is a cutter rig affording great versatility in just how much canvas is up keeping the boat a joy to handle even as the breeze pipes up.
This Tayana features in mast furling by Seldon which was installed six years ago.
The main by Scott Sails was inspected and restitched in may of 2005.
The Genoa and Staysail are both by Gleason

Hull and Deck
The hull topsides have beem remewed with an Imron job and look great.
The boat features a teak decks which are in very good shape. There is a Wells Marine Custom Arch which is used to mount solar pannels, the radar, KISS wind generator, davits for the dingy, and a hoist for the outboard. The cockpit is protected from the elements by a dodger and bimini with a connector and full side curtains/screen pannels capable of turning the cockpit into an extension of the interior of the boat.
There are two Delta anchors one with 275 ft chain and a second with 60 ft chain and 200 ft rode. There is a deck wash forward.
Winches are by Barrient
The anchor is raised and lowered with the assistance of a simpson lawrence windlass. Six person Avon Life Raft with hard canister. (Needs to be Inspected)

Engine
The engine is a Yanmar 3QM 30 which has been trouble free and the sellers have kept a maintainance log during their ownership over the last five years.

Electrical System
The boat features 30 amp shorepower circut with control pannel, and six 110 outlets.

The 12 volt side consists of a group 31 engine starting Battery
A Group 27 deep cycle battery dedicated to the windlass
A bank of six (6) 6 volt batteries for the house bank totaling 600 amp Hours
The bateries are monitored by a link 2000 and a Heart Freedom 10 inverter / charger.
There is a new 90 Amp alternator
