Description
"SILVER SEAS" is the epitome of the single handed cruiser. Her free standing rig and self tending jib set the stage for a complete lack of duties for the crew. Want to tack? Turn the wheel. She has been constantly upgraded both by her original owner, a professional captain and for the last two years, an extremely knowledgeable cruising couple. A standout in any marina.

Other Features and Remarks
"Silver Seas" was constructed for her original owner as an offshore Freedom 38 with several custom features. A fiberglass bed was installed in the cockpit locker for a Yanmar L40 air cooled 4.2 hp engine to operate the Balmar 1oo amp high output alternator. The chart table was redesigned to accomodate a single side band radio as well as three 4D gel batteries. A mid cabin hatch was installed to open aft and an additional 40 gal water tank was fitted.
She is currently sailed by her second owners and as such, has a list of exclusions.
