There are two guest cabins forward with convertible double berths, hanging lockers and ample drawer space. The starboard cabin converts easily into an office with a spacious desk, while the port cabin also converts into a general purpose work area and has a private entrance to the forward head. Forward of the guest cabins is a crew cabin/ utility foc'sle separated by a anti-collision bulkhead and watertight door Here there are two fold-up pipe berths and ample utility storage.

Aft of the main saloon is the walk-in access to the full height engine room. The washer/dryer and a large workbench with vise are located here as well as the engine and genset. Aft to starboard is the galley and the walkthru to the owners' cabin. The galley features a three burner Force 10 propane stove w/oven, a microwave, a side loading refrigerator, a top loading freezer, deep double sinks, a spacious white ceramic tile counter as well generous storage space and lighting and three opening ports for ventilation.

The luxurious owners' cabin, aft features an oversize (6'8"x6'8") custom berth with a vanity seat and is surrounded by bookcases and storage lockers. There is large hanging locker as well as generous drawer space throughout the cabin as well ample ventilation from 5 opening ports and two Goiot hatches. There is a separate zone of the AC system which services the owners' cabin. The owners head features an electric Lavac head, a washbasin and custom blue ceramic tile on the shower/tub surround.

Throughout "Lady Sunshine's" interior is beautifully varnished teak joinery and a teak and holly sole. For comfort there is a powerful Lunaire three zone reverse cycle air conditioning system as well as ample light and ventilation from 18 opening ports, 7 Goiot hatches, 8 dorades and numerous fans.
