Forward cabin on lower level has chain locker access forward followed by forward storage area, V berth with drawer and bin storage below, lockers aft to starboard, entry door aft.
Lower landing on lower level has doors to cabins and head, open to large storage area to starboard, steps to. Propane appliance to port aft.
Forward tank compartment below landing sole has potable and gray water tanks, pumps, plumbing and storage areas.
Forward head compartment on lower level to port has a wash basin shower wand, counter top storage areas and a manual marine toilet discharging overboard or to a holding tank. Entry door inboard.
Closed storage compartment on lower level to starboard.
Guest cabin on lower level to port has a double berth outboard, seat inboard, locker forward, entry door inboard.
Galley on intermediate level amidships has a fore and aft facing dinette to starboard with storage below seats. To port is a stainless steel sink with pressure and filtered tap water, storage lockers, counter tops, drawers, insulated top loading box with a holding plate refrigeration system installed. Toshiba microwave oven, and a Force 10 three burner, gimbaled, stainless steel propane stove with oven.
Propane tanks are stored is in a locked deck box and were not viewed. (See recommendations.) System is fitted with a Xintex S-2 monitor & control with sensor in stove alcove.
Aft tank compartment below galley sole has fuel tanks, ship's batteries, inverter, bilge pump and storage areas.
Engine room amidships on lower level aft of galley houses the propulsion engine, work bench with vice, holding tank, and other mechanical, electrical and ph.,lmbing equipment and is accessed through a door starboard aft in the galley.
Main cabin on raised level amidships has a U- .
shaped settee/dinette with pedestal table inboard to port, helm station with engine instruments and controls, electronics, electrical panel and pedestal helm seat to port, lockers outboard to starboard, ladders forward to galley and aft up to deck and down to owner's stateroom.
Owner's stateroom has shelves, bins, lockers, and drawers outboard port and starboard, island berth central aft has drawers and components of the steering system below.
Aft head area forward to port in lower aft area has a manual marine toilet with overboard or holding tank discharge capabilities, countertop washbasin, shower and lockers.

Spars, Sails and Rigging
Spars: Main: LeFiell painted extruded aluminum single spreader section stepped below decks and fitted with winches, internal halyards, light fixtures.
Mizzen: LeFiell painted extruded aluminum single, swept back spreader section stepped on deck and fitted with winch, halyards, light fixture and a radar scanner. Aluminum main and mizzen booms Aluminum staysail club. Standing Rigging: Main: Headstay fitted with a Profurl roller furling system, 3/8" inner forestay, backstay with spilt 3/8" legs, two 7/16" upper shrouds and four 3/8" lower shrouds.
Mizzen: Two 11/32" conventional upper shrouds, two 11/32" forward upper shrouds, ~" lower shrouds.
Standing rigging is constructed of 1 x19 stainless steel wire rope with swage and Norseman type mechanical terminals. Main, mizzen and staysail travelers, wire rope, wire to rope and all rope halyards, lazy jacks, and braided line of an appropriate size on other applications. Wire rope running backstays on main mast. Two Arco #10'winches on the stern rails, one Barient #36A central on the aft trunk cabin top, one Barient #27ST aft to port on the pilothouse top, one Lewmar #40 on the mizzen. Roller furling headsail Hank on staysail, Main sail, and Mizzen, all in good condition. GROUND TACKLE includes;60 lb. CQR plow type with all chain rode 40S Danforth (no rode) Approximately 70 lb. folding Yachtsman type Lighthouse electric windlass with chain gypsy and rope drum.

Hull and Deck
Hull is a multi-hard chine design constructed of welded steel shell plating over steel transverse frames and longitudinals. Topside finish is painted.
swim ladder mounted aft. Interior surfaces are primarily covered with spray foam insulation.
Deck Welded steel construction utilizing steel plate. Over steel deck beams, carlins; deckhouse of steel plate over steel framing. Deck has aggressive grit textured non-skid on side decks, and house top. Exposed exterior surfaces are painted. Interior surfaces are primarily covered with spray foam insulation.
Rudder is Keel hung with a lower gudgeon and pintle fitting.
Keel is Full design with cut away forefoot welded integral with the hull and ballasted internally.
Steering is Two station Hynautic hydraulic system with bulkhead mount destroyer type wheel to port, on aft face of deck house and to starboard forward in the deck house, single hydraulic ram attached to a welded steel tiller arm mounted to the rudder stock.
Deck Hardware: Wood bow sprit with 5/16" 1 x 19 wire rope whisker stays with swage ends, teak grating atop, multiple anchor rollers, stainless steel bow pulpit rail, stainless steel rails aft on house and weather deck, stainless steel; bow davit, dinghy davits, cleats, hand grabs, staysail traveler, Charley Nobel, guard rails with pin rails attached and holder for life raft, two aluminum deck storage boxes, teak cap rails and house trim, multiple plastic deck vents with plastic cowls, fixed house windshields and windows, plastic portlight, Harken main sheet traveler system, double vinyl coated wire rope lifelines, outboard genoa tracks with cars, companionway slider and painted wood door painted steel deck hatches, boarding ladder, fender caddies, cleats, chocks, lines, fenders, deck plates, and sundry other deck gear.
