1998 Dufour 32 Classic

Developed by Dufour from a J & J design, the 32 Classic is a comfortable, performance oriented cruiser. Easily handled, most of the controls are led to the cockpit. Nice wide side decks make it easy to move around when on deck, while the interior is open and airy, well illuminated and quite comfortable, with lots of mahogany to give it a bright yet fich feeling to her.

This particular offering of ours is not only nicely appointed but aggressively priced in today's market- compare the price to the other 32 Classic's on the market right now and you can prove it to yourself. Further inspection of Sorciere is highly recommended.

Accommodations
Forward cabin: In the forward cabin, you will find a spacious 6'7" long x 5'5" wide berth. There is a storage locker on either side with shelves going forward as well as storage below the berth. There are two reading lights and one overhead light as well as a hatch with nicro vent for ventilation and lighting.

Saloon: Next aft you have the saloon. There is a drop leaf centerline table with liquor storage below it. Opposing 6'5" settees make for good berths when necessary. Behind and below the settees you will find abundant storage, while behind and above them there are open shelves and cabinets for additional storage. Ventilation is provided by a large 40" x 40" overhead hatch and two stainless steel portholes, with additional lighting from two fixed lights, four overhead lights and two reading lights.

Galley: Next aft to port is the galley. Refrigeration is 12 volt and adequate for your needs. The stainless steel sink is large enough to fit large pots. There is a two burner oven and storage is located below and behind it and the sink. There is a porthole for ventilation and, like the rest of the boat, the space is light and airy.

Aft cabin: Aft of the galley on port is a private cabin, with a large double berth, a shelf down the hull side of the cabin and a double door locker (half hanging, half shelves). Lighting and ventilation is provided by an opening stainless steel porthole, one overhead light and one reading light.

Nav station: On the starboard side and aft of the settee is the nav station. A nice size chart table allows room to open up your chart books, while the electrical panel and instruments are conveniently at hand. There is storage below the map table and beneath the nav seat.

Head: Aft of the nav station on starboard is the head. Smooth molded fiberglass surfaces make for easy wipe down, as does the corian counter top. There is a porthole for ventilation and additional lighting. There is storage behind the head and sink as well as storage below the sink.
