This boat is owned by the second owner and shows very little wear and tear. She is equiped for cruising the Chesapeake and it's rivers and tributaries with only 4' 6" draft.
She has a dodger for those cold,wet beats to windward in the early spring and late fall and a nice bimini for protection from the summer sun.

Accomodations
The Catalina 36 MKII is very comfortable for a couple and a guest couple or two kids and one friend each with sleeping accomodations in three cabins.
Two in v-berth with a private entrance to the head, Two in the main salon, and Two in the very large aft quarter stateroom.The Galley is large and ready to serve a gourmet meal for the entire crew. The cockpit is huge and can comfortably accomodate six.

Classie Chassie is a "TALL RIG" sloop. The fully battened Main has a Dutchman Furling System.
The Genoa is a 150% on a Schaefer 2100 furler. Both the Main and Genoa have been lightly used and are in very good shape.

Hull and Deck
The Catalina 36 has wide side decks that make the boat very easy to get around and the cockpit is set up to feel secure and comfortable.
The boarding ladder and walk through transom are great for swimming off the stern on those hot summer days. There is a H&C shower in the cockpit to rinse off before heading below, or for a shot of cool water on those hot days.
All of the blocks are low friction stainless steel by Garhauer.
There is a Maxwell windlass to help hoist the #35 CQR Anchor.with 40 ft of chain and 150 ft rode. Canvas includes a dodger Bimmini and Mainsail Cover
