Description

This is a very lightly used ( under 15 engine hours)  Hunter 31.  A spunky daysailor/weekender with 6' 4" headroom and all the comforts of home in a compact and affordable package.  Outstanding sailing characteristics combined with unmatched ease of handling make this boat fun and easy to maneuver in any situation. The modern hull shape is easily driven for light air performance and a high ballast ratio and low aspect sail-plan keep the 31 on her feet in heavier air. In-mast furling, an traveler overhead on the arch, sheet winches back by the helm, a fractional rig and a roller furling jib make this boat easy for one person to sail without having to leave the helm.

The interior is amazing with its warmth, functionality and storage capacity.  A wide beam and strategically placed deck port-lights open up the salon giving you the feeling of  a much larger boat.  The galley includes corian countertops, 2 burner propane cooktop, large stainless steel sink, refrigeration, microwave and lots and lots of storage.

Sleeping accommodations both forward and aft offer more than just the basics, with foam mattresses on the generous sized berths, plenty of light, ventilation and storage.

THIS BOAT IS LOADED!!!.... Reverse cycle air conditioning/heat, In-mast furling mainsail, roller furling 110% jib, large color chart-plotter ( RayMarine ST 80) at the helm, marine VHF radio, with a remote mic at the helm, auto-pilot, folding leather covered wheel, wind speed & direction. depth and boat speed instruments at the helm, electric windlass, solid boom vang, chrome self-tailing sheet winches, walk-thru transom with H&C shower & swim ladder, flat panel TV/DVD player, cockpit table, Sunbrella bimini, dodger & connector and raw water wash down on the bow to name a few of its features.

A private aft cabin is also provided along with an enclosed head with vanity and shower.

The galley has an refrigerated icebox, two-burner propane stove-top, Tappan microwave oven, and stainless steel sink with a cutting board cover.
