Details 1
NO AGENDA was custom equipped, by a discerning owner, with many well thought out options. She has been meticulously maintained and lovingly cared for, and she garners many "that's a beautiful boat" comments, wherever she goes. With her CCR Carbon Mast, self-tacking jib, extensive electronics, NO AGENDA is easily handled by a couple or even single handed. She sails exceptionally well and accommodates two couples or a family with all the comforts of home. Her interior is finished in a warm cherry, with solid cherry doors, cabinets and drawer fronts; the interior is roomy, with tan ultra-leather cushions in the salon; she is bright and airy, with six opening hatches and 15 opening ports, all with screens and shades. NO AGENDA is the best, well equipped 3700 on the market today and is reluctantly offered by her owner who is ready to downsize a little.
The Tartan 3700 is one of Tartan's modern success stories. They have built 167 hulls to date and still continues to sell this award winning model today! When introduced, in 2000, the 3700 was named Cruising World's "Boat of the Year", as well as SAIL Magazine's "BEST BOATS - TOP 10". In 2004, Tartan introduced it's epoxy-resin hull, which increases strength and stiffness, while reducing weight. And in 2006 Tartan introduced it's carbon fiber CCR rig (Similar to a Solent rig), with its self-tacking jib, 150% reacher mounted just forward of the jib stay and a carbon fiber pocket boom for the mainsail.
Details 2
Starting in the bow. The 3700 has a spacious doube berth, NO AGENDA has the "flat-faced" bunk which means additional drawer storage in the aft face. Other additions were the cherry hull sides (instead of fiberglass) along with the std Vanity in forward cabin. Tartan referred to this cabin as the "Annapolis" cabin and later incorporated some of these features as standard...
The salon is open and the varnished cherry interior has a feel that is airy, yet rich feeling. The center-line drop-leaf table seats six and the starboard settee pulls out into a double bunk when needed, either to lounge around or for additional guest bunks.
To port is the forward facing Nav Station, which acts as an on board office, OR fully functioning nav-desk when needed. The breaker panels are outboard and their is room for a second chart-plotter if wanted...
To Starboard is the walk-through galley. The double SS sink island is near center-line and the large icebox has top and front access. The counter space is ample as is the storage space, with plenty of drawers and lockers. Microwave, three burner stove w/ oven and Refrigeration are a few highlights in the galley.
The aft cabin has a large double bunk and dual shelf / bureaus as well, so in essence DUAL owner's cabins.
The head is aft to port and has a full stall shower.
