Description
"Dulcinea" is a proven example of this famous Morschaldt designed bluewater cruiser. Just reduced to $17,900 she represents a rare opportunity to own a Mariah for $20-40,000 below the current market. The Mariah, with her no nonsense liveaboard setup, features many of the desirable hallmarks of a true cruising design including a large outboard rudder on massive gudgeons, bronze opening ports, a keel stepped mast and a full keel with a cutaway forefoot. Despite good maintenance and though still structurally sound, she currently requires some repairs and refit and as such will be an extemely good value for a handy yachtsman. The significant refit items required are: interior upholstery and headliner replacement, exterior brightwork repair and refinishing and hull painting. A recent preliminary survey report is available. An investment of a few thousand dollars and a few hundred hours of labor should yield a top of the line Mariah worth $50-60,000! She is truly a yacht which can take her owner anywhere!
