There is a generous V-berth guest cabin forward with an ensuite head for privacy, lots of louvered teak cabinetry for storage, a vanity and an overhead opening hatch for light and ventilation, your guests won't want to leave.

Heading aft, up a step to port is the U shaped galley with a large stainless steel sink, an apartment sized 12volt/120volt refrigerator/freezer (2009), a 3 burner electric stove with oven, a microwave, lots of storage and generous counter tops.  It's about as easy to prepare a meal on board as it is at home.  To starboard on the same level, is a dinette with bench seating fore and aft which comfortably seats 3 people on a side.  The large teak table can easily be lowered with a unique geared table leg to become a double berth when necessary.

Up two more steps is the main saloon. Facing forward is a a small convertible sofa which becomes a double bed.  There is an upholstered chair and a large teak counter separating the main saloon from the galley below.  In the main saloon to starboard is the inside helm station with full instrumentation and controls which is unique to Carpe Diem as most of this model only have the upper helm. The raised captain's chair is available for seating or as the helm chair while underway.

At the aft end of the main saloon which extends across the width of the boat is a a set of steps up into the aft deck and another set of steps down into the aft cabin.

The aft cabin has loads of louvered teak cabinets, a large mirrored vanity and an ensuite head with a stall shower.   There is a center-line queen size bed with lots of storage below it. There is a large hatch above for light and ventilation and both fixed and opening ports for additional light and air.

Taking the steps up from the main saloon brings you to the generous aft deck which spans the width of the boat.  There are exits port and starboard to the side decks which lead to the bow. and steps up to the huge fly bridge/upper helm station.  There are sturdy rails all around the perimeter of the aft deck and a full canvas and Eisenglass enclosure.  The Eisenglass can be unzipped and rolled up for air on nice days or left down when the weather is bad. there are deck chairs and  a double deck chair as well as a couple of low tables for resting drinks or snacks.

Up a short flight of steps from the aft deck is the fly bridge with bimini and a full enclosure.  There is seating for 8 people using the large bench at the back and the smaller benches to either side of the fixed helm chair.  There is full instrumentation for the captain including the separate radar and chartplotter and a remote for the electric windlass.  The captain has a commanding view of the foredeck, the bow  and what's on the horizon when operating the vessel from up here.
