When introduced in 1987, the Pacific Seacraft 31 was widely regarded as a breakthrough design among smaller bluewater cruisers.  With her careful maintenance and many recent upgrades, HINEI'NI must be regarded as a rare opportunity on the brokerage market.  Over $30,000 has been invested in new electronics and other equipment and upgrades in 2012 and 2013.   A few of the highlights are:
